These finely hand woven placemats are made from the finest hand spun Himalayan Giant Nettle yarn. A perfectly organic way to add a rustic touch to your dinner table, available singularly or in a set of 4.
Harvesting, retting, spinning and weaving the nettle fibres are all done by hand by villagers in the Sankhuwasava district of Eastern Nepal.
The natural shades can vary slightly, giving each piece its own earthy character. They are all finely spun and tightly woven.
