Description
Using hemp and wool,  our unique unisex jumper has been hand knitted in Nepal.
Our jumpers have been knitted with a strand of pure wool yarn and a strand of hand spun Himalayan hemp using a stockinette stitch. Â Both wool and hemp yarns are left in a natural un-dyed shade. Â The hemp yarn is totally organic as it has been harvested, retted and spun by hand in the traditional Nepalese way. This rustic hand spun hemp has a slight coarseness at first, but the fibres gently soften through use. Â Adding hemp to the knit creates a unique texture and adds durability to the wool jumper.
Please see the average measurements for each size below. As each piece is hand knitted, they are virtually unique and a difference of a couple of centimetres should be expected. The jumper being modelled in the photo is a XL. Compared to our pure wool jumpers, these jumpers are a little tighter as there is less stretch due to the use of hemp twine. We recommend choosing one size larger than your normal size.
In order to keep postage rates both fair and realistic, there is an extra charge of £3 for UK, £6 for Europe and £9 for the rest of the world added to this item due to its weight.
