The closure of this bag is a unique Japanese Kinchaku style with a draw string. It has a decorative fringe at the front and two patch pockets at the back as well as at both ends. Inside the bag, there is a patch pocket for your small essentials, such as keys, mobile or wallet. A cushioning foam is stitched inside the bag’s base to protect your contents and also stitched inside the carry handle to provide comfort when carrying. Two loops are attached at the top of both side panels to allow for the attachment of either something decorational or practical.
The outer fabrics have been handwoven with the same handspun himalayan hemp or nettle twine. The himalayan hemp and nettle has been harvested, retted, hand-spun & hand-woven in the remote villages of Nepal in the same way as it has always been done.
